1.Chances of receiving cheque are remote in India if one is living in a remote locality.
2. Google India representative says that one should use secured delivery option as it enables one to get the cheque from a secuired courier like Fed express but mind its charges is $25 for this and they have advised to wait for the balance to reach some reasonable amount and than order the same.
